I just heard from the Realtor!! My offer was accepted! Two more steps and I, Kato (and hopefully my worms) will be setting up shop in our new backyard!! (it is tiny, but starting small is good!)
Its a small backyard...but ...LOOK....a Clothesline!!! I am in heaven!!!
